Payment and Cancellations policy

Payment

Please note that we pay the hotel in advance for your Lunch; in order to meet their deadline we require all Lunch payments to be made by 16h00 on the date registration closes (the Friday before each Lunch).  If you are registering in the final few days before registration closes we may require you to forward on a proof of payment.  Where no payment/proof of payment is received by our deadline we will cancel your Lunch place.  We will send a reminder in the week before registration closes to let you know if we have not received your payment.    

Cancellations/Refunds 

A full refund will be given if you cancel your Lunch registration up until 12 noon one week before the Lunch takes place.  For example, for a Lunch to be held on Friday, 15 November, you have until 12noon on Friday 8 November to cancel your registration and receive a full refund.  Cancellations must be received in writing and communicated to maureen@tbl.lu

If your registration has to be cancelled within the week before the Lunch you are welcome to ask a colleague or friend to attend in your place; this should be communicated to maureen@tbl.lu as soon as possible.  If you do not have someone who can take your place please contact us before 9h30 on the day of the Lunch as we may be able to offer your place to someone on our reserve list; if this is possible we will be able to offer you a 40% refund.
